Services Available
I provide individualised and family-centred Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents and adults, with a focus on building independence, confidence and participation in everyday life.
Services include:
- Functional assessments and Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Assistive technology assessment and recommendations
- Daily living and life skills development
- Emotional regulation, executive functioning, community participation and capacity building.
I service the area of Gympie and surrounding communities within approximately 60km driving distance of Southside, including the Mary Valley, Widgee, Kilkivan, Gunalda and surrounding rural areas. Other locations may be considered by arrangement.
Practice Focus Areas
My particular areas of interest include neurodiversity, executive functioning, emotional regulation, independent living skills and supporting adolescents and young adults as they develop greater autonomy. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and families to understand what is getting in the way of everyday participation and finding practical, realistic strategies that work in real life.
