I’m a passionate Occupational Therapist with over nine years of experience across the NDIS, aged care, public health and private rehabilitation settings. I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at Monash University and have worked predominantly within the NDIS space since 2019. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across clinical and leadership roles. I previously worked as a Regional Manager, supporting allied health clinicians, to deliver high-quality community-based services. I have also worked as a Project Coordinator, leading quality improvement projects focused on OT learning, resources and professional development within a large national allied health organisation. I am also currently a sessional teaching associate at Monash University, with experience supporting first and second year students in regards to their learning of mental health OT.

Since 2021, I have worked as a subcontractor and have been an independent practitioner with Therapy Coalition since mid-2024. These experiences have provided me with valuable insight into the realities of working independently, managing a caseload, maintaining sustainable income, navigating professional responsibilities and staying motivated and passionate about OT practice.

My clinical area of particular interest and expertise is working with adults with psychosocial disabilities, particularly within the NDIS. I also bring strong skills in communication, organisation, efficiency, time management, clinical reasoning and navigating complex situations.

My supervision approach is collaborative, practical and person-centred. I am very keen to support clinicians to not only become stronger and more confident OTs, but to genuinely thrive in their practice. Supervision can provide a space to reflect on clinical reasoning, complex clients, professional challenges, documentation, NDIS practice, workload management, boundaries and the realities of working independently. I value communication, respect and joy in OT practice. I believe good supervision should feel supportive and safe, while also encouraging clinicians to challenge themselves, build confidence and continue developing their professional identity. I’m particularly passionate about helping clinicians find sustainable ways of working that allow them to remain effective, organised and clinically curious - while still enjoying the work they do and reducing the risk of burnout.

If you’re looking for supervision that combines clinical expertise with supportive guidance, I’d love to work with you.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to connect, learn a little more about your supervision needs and see whether we would be a good fit to work together.
