Get to know me

I am a passionate health professional with a nursing background having worked across community, mental health, palliative care, rehabilitation, geriatrics, emergency and medical wards. I am a Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner, supporting individuals with complex behavioural and psychosocial needs through evidence based person centred practice.

My work has always centred on empowering people to live with dignity, safety and choice. I’m passionate about upholding human rights, inclusion and using trauma informed and culturally responsive approaches to support people in achieving meaningful outcomes. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families, medical profressionls and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence based behaviour support strategies that make a difference and promote least restrictive approaches.
