I am an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working alongside individuals to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. I have experience across hospital and community settings and currently work within the NDIS. I take a practical, person-centred approach and value working collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams. I am also developing my skills in supporting older adults and aged care clients.
Services Available
- Provide Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), assistive technology (AT) assessments, and capacity-building interventions
- Support individuals to develop skills in personal care, household management, emotional regulation, and community access
- Develop practical home programs and recommendations to promote independence and safety
- Building experience in supporting older adults, including those accessing Support at Home Packages
- Focus on maintaining independence, safety at home, and participation in daily activities
Practice Focus Areas
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological conditions (such as stroke), mental health conditions, and age-related functional decline. I have experience supporting individuals with executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, and difficulties with daily routines and social participation. I enjoy working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams across both disability and aged care contexts.
