Get to know me
I’m an Advanced‑Level Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with over ten years’ experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs, intellectual disabilities, neurodiversity, and early‑onset dementia.
I am passionate about empowering people to live independent, meaningful lives, through ethical, practical, and strengths‑focused behaviour support.
My work is grounded in dignity, respect, and the belief that all behaviour is communication.
I create clear, user‑friendly strategies that help support teams feel confident and consistent.
As a parent of two neurodivergent children, one with complex disabilities, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice.
I work primarily with adults with complex presentations and neurodiversity.
