Get to know me

I’m a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with a calm, patient and down-to-earth approach. I take the time to understand the person behind the behaviour - what matters to them, how they experience the world, and what their behaviour may be communicating. My practice combines behavioural science with an understanding of the brain, body and environment that supports skill development, builds capacity and helps people work towards their goals.

I have experience working with people from all walks of life, particularly those with highly complex support needs who benefit from intensive, coordinated and multidisciplinary support. This includes supporting people with high-risk behaviours of concern where multiple factors may be involved, such as complex health needs, co-occurring conditions, communication difficulties, trauma, sensory needs, emotional regulation challenges and environmental stressors.

I have a strong interest in working with First Nations people, families and communities in a culturally respectful way. I also have experience supporting people with disability in the justice system, including transition planning, risk reduction and community reintegration.
