Get to know me
I am an NDIS-registered Advanced Level Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBSP), an AASW-accredited Social Worker, and a Deakin University–trained Play Therapist. I bring a calm, compassionate, and highly skilled approach to supporting people with disability, their families, and support networks to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life. I have extensive experience delivering NDIS behaviour support across early childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, including working with individuals with complex and high-risk support needs.
I develop person-centred, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans that prioritise dignity, safety, and meaningful participation, with a strong focus on reducing and eliminating restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
I am known for my empathetic, collaborative, and grounding approach, working closely with participants, families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to create practical, sustainable, and person-centred strategies.
