Get to know me

I have over 10 years of experience within the community services and disability sectors, having managed multiple offices, with demonstrated success in achieving positive results and measurable outcomes when supporting individuals with a disability. I have been within the NDIS space for over 5 years, in particular, Positive Behaviour Support for over 2 years. I am committed to person-centred, evidence-based quality practice and use a biopsychosocial approach to develop a holistic understanding of each person's circumstances when supporting them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
