I'm an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients to live more independently, participate in meaningful activities, and achieve their goals.
I take a practical, collaborative approach, working closely with clients, families, carers and support teams to maximise independence, confidence and quality of life.
I have extensive experience in disability & rehabilitation through hospitals, schools, aged care and community-based practice, with a strong focus on functional independence, safety, participation and quality of life. I am passionate about helping people build confidence, develop skills and increase their independence at home and in the community.

Having worked in regional and community-based settings throughout my career, I have experience in supporting clients from a range of diverse backgrounds and collaborating closely with families, carers, teachers and other health professionals to deliver person-centred care. Covering locations around Young, Boorowa, Harden, Cootamundra, Temora, Grenfell, Cowra and surrounding regions, with telehealth services available Australia wide.
