Get to know me
I’m a Behaviour Support Practitioner and qualified Social Worker who supports people in a practical, respectful and person-centred way.
I work alongside participants, families and support teams to understand what a person’s behaviour may be communicating and identify strategies that improve their everyday life. I use evidence-based, strengths-focused and trauma-informed approaches to help people build emotional regulation, communication, independence and meaningful participation.
My aim is to provide collaborative support that promotes dignity, choice, safety and quality of life.
